Java Error when trying to upload photos to Gallery#474405

I have the latest Java update, I've tried to upload with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome. I keep getting this error:

"Missing required Permissions manifest attribute in Main Jar:
http://www.gbfans.com/includes/java/dndplus.jar"

Not sure just what is going on here.

I'm sure at this point, the whole system needs to be re-written.

I've been meaning to do it for the last 2-3 years.

Been having this issue too. Can place pictures in forum posts, but not in Props section. Adding the url to exceptions list, does nothing; despite java suggesting this as a fix. It's pretty bad when java becomes overzealous like this.
